Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Natty Pack partners with reputable national and regional carriers to deliver your order securely.
- Available shipping options, estimated costs, and transit windows are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier service level, and items in your cart.
- Some orders may ship in multiple boxes or from different facilities; you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Order Processing Time
- Most orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days, depending on inventory status and order size.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- If we anticipate a delay, we’ll notify you using the contact information on your order.
Transit Times and Delivery Estimates
- Transit time begins once the package is scanned by the carrier. The delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Expedited/express options, when available, speed up the carrier’s transit time; standard order processing times still apply.
- Weather, carrier capacity, and other external events can impact delivery timelines.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details are provided for all shipments via email and/or your Natty Pack account once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
- Please monitor your tracking for the most current status. For delivery issues, contact the carrier first for the quickest assistance. If you still need help, email nattypackofficial@yahoo.com with your order number.
Address Accuracy and Changes
- Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers).
- Natty Pack is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an addressing issue, reshipment costs may apply. Address changes after shipment must be requested directly with the carrier; any intercept or redirect fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

- Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer
- Theft after a carrier marks the package as delivered
- Carrier delays or disruptions due to weather, peak volume, or other events beyond our control

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Photos of the outer box, inner packaging, product condition, and the shipping label
- A description of the issue
- Your order number and contact information
After review, we’ll work with you on a suitable resolution—such as a replacement or refund—consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery Restrictions
- We may be unable to ship certain items to specific states, territories, or jurisdictions due to legal or carrier restrictions.
- Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with local regulations before ordering.
- Orders placed to restricted locations may be canceled and refunded. Natty Pack does not assume responsibility for local compliance.
Weather and Quality Holds
To preserve product quality, we may temporarily hold shipments during extreme temperatures or severe weather. We’ll notify you of any such delay.
International Shipping
At this time, Natty Pack does not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless Natty Pack explicitly agrees otherwise.
Out-of-Stock and Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you promptly. You may choose a full refund, a comparable alternative, or (where possible) to wait for a restock ETA.
